Client Services Executive


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Servicing Executive. As a Client Servicing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively understand our clients' needs and provide them with superior client servicing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive engagement
Understand clients' business objectives and provide effective solutions to meet their needs
Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of products or services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and deliver exceptional client experience
Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
Provide post-sales support and address any client issues or concerns
Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and upselling

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in client servicing or account management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of CRM software and principles for client management
